Branding Design for Fetch

brief

Create a new versatile branding for the Fetch, a pet grooming service.

introduction

Fetch has worked hard to provide an inclusive service for its community as they provide pet grooming service on the van. Reaching to whoever is in need of a pet grooming service it wants to expand their work and footing in the industry. To do so, they plan to expand into a physical store to provide the best pet products for our furry little friends.

approach

To keep a pet clean and fetch, it takes a lot of tools for the groomer to work with our little furry friends. I was attracted to the process of how different fur types would need different processes in order to wash and trim it.

The accessories to grooming pets inspired me to take the arm of the E and extend it until it looked like a comb. A rounded sans-serif was chosen to reflect a friendly and positive touch while the “Pet Care” uses a cleaner and straight sans serif to contrast with the rounded sans-serif. I wanted to rebrand the company with a recognizable identity that expresses their friendly and community driven values.

outcome

Pastel warm tones were paired with the adjusted type creating a warm and welcoming brand.
